These terms govern your use of Potluck. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Potluck is a shared photo album: you create albums, invite others, and everyone contributes photos. When members collect an album, they receive the photos contributed by others. Albums and their photos are automatically deleted 30 days after the last upload.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in uses one-time codes sent to your email. You must be old enough to consent to data processing in your jurisdiction.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, and display your photos within the albums you share them to, for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload and share the photos you contribute, and for respecting the privacy of people who appear in them.
Acceptable use
Don't upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the service. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". Because albums auto-delete after 30 days, you are responsible for collecting and keeping your own copies of the photos you want. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability.
