Potluck for trips

Bring home the whole trip — not just your camera roll.

Everyone on the trip took photos. Then nobody ends up with all of them. Potluck pools them into one album so each traveller leaves with the entire journey, every viewpoint included.

Why Potluck for trips

  • One album for the whole crew

Start an album for the trip and share the link. Everyone drops in their shots as you go — or all at once when you're back.

  • Works on any phone

iPhone, Android, or a laptop — same album for everyone, no app store and no account juggling.

  • Nothing lingers

Albums auto-delete 30 days after the last upload. Collect what you want to keep; the rest cleans up after itself.

Questions, answered

  • How do we share photos from a group trip?

Start a Potluck album for the trip and share the link with everyone going. People can add their photos as you go or all at once when you're back. When you collect the album you take home everyone else's shots — every viewpoint of the journey, not just the ones on your own phone.

  • Does Potluck need a Wi-Fi or data connection while travelling?

You need a connection to upload and to collect an album, since the photos sync to the shared album online. You don't have to upload in real time though — take photos all trip and add them whenever you're back on Wi-Fi, for example at the hotel or once you're home.

  • Can everyone download the full-resolution trip photos?

Yes. When you collect an album, Potluck saves the full-resolution originals straight to your phone's photo library, or as a ZIP on desktop. By default it gives you everyone else's photos — the ones you'd otherwise be missing — and you can include your own too.

  • What happens to the trip album afterwards?

Albums auto-delete 30 days after the last upload on the free plan (365 days on Potluck Pro), so nothing lingers. Potluck is for sharing the trip, not long-term storage — collect the photos you want to keep, and the album cleans up after itself.
